摘要
探究基于儿童心理特征的视频引导式呼吸训练对哮喘患儿肺功能康复的促进作用。方法 选取 我院 2022 年 9 月至 2023 年 9 月治疗的哮喘患儿 80 例,按照随机数字法分为参照组(40 例)和实验组(40 例), 参照组提供常规呼吸训练指导;实验组提供基于儿童心理特征的视频引导式呼吸训练;比较两组患儿的肺功能指 标、患儿的自护能力。结果 实验组患儿的肺功能指标明显得到改善,患儿的自护能力得到提升,P<0.05。结论 对 于哮喘患儿提供基于儿童心理特征的视频引导式呼吸训练,可以改善患儿的肺功能指标,提高患儿自我护理能力, 值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the promoting effect of video-guided breathing training based on childrens psychological characteristics on pulmonary function rehabilitation in children with asthma. Methods A total of 80 children with asthma treated in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into reference group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases) according to random number method. The reference group was provided with routine respiratory training guidance; The experimental group provided video-guided breathing training based on childrens psychological characteristics; The pulmonary function indexes and self-care ability of the children were compared between the two groups. Results The pulmonary function index of the experimental group was significantly improved, and the self-care ability of the children was improved, P<0.05. Conclusion Providing video-guided breathing training based on psychological characteristics of children with asthma can improve the pulmonary function index of children and improve the self-care ability of children, which is worthy of promotion.
