摘要	分析基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法以 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月为研究时间，并择取期间内在我院手术治疗的患者中的 80 例作为临床研究目标，依照患者手术治疗时间顺序予以分组，采用常规手术室护理模式的对照组（40 例）、采用基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式的观察组（40 例），根据研究数据对比临床护理效果。结果观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，护理质量评分、护理满意度更高，数据差异 P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式可有效降低手术室护理不良事件的发生，提升护理质量，护理满意度更高，建议推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing models based on sensitive indicators of operating room nursing quality in operating room nursing. Method From January 2021 to December 2022 as the research period, 80 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as clinical research targets. They were divided into two groups according to the chronological order of surgical treatment: a control group (40 cases) using conventional operating room nursing mode and an observation group (40 cases) using nursing mode based on sensitive indicators of operating room nursing quality. Clinical nursing effects were compared based on research data. Result The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were higher, with a data difference of P<0.05, indicating comparative significance. Conclusion A nursing model based on sensitive indicators of operating room nursing quality can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events in operating room nursing, improve nursing quality, and increase nursing satisfaction. It is recommended to promote its application.
