摘要	探讨揿针疗法改善慢性心力衰竭患者胃肠功能效果。方法以 2021 年 10 月-2023 年 3 月为研究时段，选择清远市中医院心病科收治的慢性心力衰竭伴胃肠功能紊乱病例 80 例，入选病例随机分为对照组 40 例（现代医学常规治疗），观察组 40 例增加（揿针治疗），比较两组患者纳差程度、恶心嗳气次数、打嗝频次、排便次数等胃肠道改善情况。结果观察组患者干预后纳差程度、恶心嗳气次数、打嗝频次、排便次数与对照组相比，纳差有改善，恶心嗳气打嗝有减少、排便次数有增加，各项指标对比均观察组优，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论揿针疗法经济实惠，操作简单，可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的胃肠功能，减轻胃肠不适的同时提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of pressing needle therapy on improving gastrointestinal function in patients with chronic heart failure. Method From October 2021 to March 2023 as the research period, 80 cases of chronic heart failure with gastrointestinal dysfunction admitted to the Cardiology Department of Qingyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected. The selected cases were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases (conventional modern medical treatment), and an observation group of 40 cases increased (pressing needle treatment). The improvement of the gastrointestinal tract, such as the degree of appetite difference, the frequency of nausea and belching, the frequency of hiccups, and the frequency of defecation, were compared between the two groups of patients. Result After intervention, the degree of anorexia, frequency of nausea and belching, frequency of belching, and frequency of defecation in the observation group were improved compared to the control group. Nausea, belching, and belching were reduced, and frequency of defecation was increased. The comparison of all indicators in the observation group was superior, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pressing needle therapy is economical, simple to operate, and can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with chronic heart failure, reduce gastrointestinal discomfort, and improve their quality of life.
