Objective To establish an index system that can reflect the quality of care for stroke patients, so as to better control and manage the quality of care for stroke patients. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 24 outstanding experts in the fields of clinical nursing, nursing management and hospital quality management were selected from all over the country for in-depth research and discussion. Based on the theory of "structure-process - outcome", in-depth research was conducted on relevant literature and combined with group discussion. A sensitive index system of stroke care quality was established and relevant experts were invited to participate. Results After two rounds of evaluation, the expert authority coefficient reached 0.80 and 0.81. It is found that the value of KendallsW in the first and second rounds reaches 0.316 and 0.412 (P<0.05). After careful design, a sensitive index system of stroke care quality was established to ensure the quality of care. Conclusion The authority of experts is very strong, and the research results are also credible, which provides a basis for the establishment of sensitive index system of stroke care quality.
