Objective To study the implementation effect and implementation value of high-quality care for patients with hypertension during pregnancy, the display of their nursing value and the incidence of complications. Methods The number of cases in this study is 248. They all came from patients with hypertension in pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital for care from July 2021 to August 2022. According to the principle of odd and even randomisation, all patients were divided into control groups and observation groups, and routine nursing interventions and high-quality nursing interventions were applied to them respectively. The health knowledge mastery, complication rate, clinical efficacy, blood pressure level, clinical indicators and psychological state score of the two groups of patients were evaluated and analysed. Results After intervention, the patients in the observation group had higher health knowledge and clinical efficiency, including foetal movement count, blood pressure measurement, medical advice and knowledge of pregnancy hypertension diseases, including diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure, including blood viscosity and 24h urinary protein quantitative clinical indicators, including the psychological state score and the incidence of complications in both anxiety and depression scores are lower. The value between groups is P<0.05, indicating that there is comparative significance. Conclusion When applying high-quality nursing to patients with hypertension during pregnancy, the clinical nursing effect is significant, which can effectively reduce the blood pressure level, blood viscosity and urinary protein quantification of patients, reduce the occurrence of clinical complications, improve the quality of life and health knowledge of patients, and appease and relieve patients bad psychological emotions. , improve the patients nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting in clinic.
