Objective To improve the clinical treatment effect and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing bronchial artery intervention therapy, and to further explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing, providing reference basis for clinical practice. Methods A total of 150 lung cancer patients who underwent bronchial artery intervention therapy in the Department of Interventional Pain at our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the treatment time sequence: a control group with routine care (75 cases) and an observation group with comprehensive care (75 cases), Compare clinical nursing outcomes based on research data (conducting data research from clinical treatment efficacy, quality of life scores, SAS, SDS scores). Results Statistical studies have shown that the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group who implemented comprehensive nursing care were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the treatment efficiency and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group. There was a significant difference in data between the groups, P<0.05, indicating comparative significance. Conclusion Analysis shows that comprehensive nursing has a significant improvement effect on the clinical symptoms of lung cancer patients undergoing bronchial artery intervention treatment, effectively improving the treatment effect and quality of life of patients. The nursing effect is significant and has good application value. It is recommended to vigorously promote and apply this nursing plan.
