叙事护理在脑卒中抑郁患者中的应用研究进展

摘要	脑卒中是临床常见病，不论是出血性还是缺血性脑卒中均具有较高的致残、致死风险。患病后，患者多会伴有语言、运动、情感及心理障碍。受到这些因素的影响，患者易并发脑卒中后抑郁（PSD），据称，此并发症的发生率高达20-60%，是导致患者自杀、自残的主要原因，而且此并发症还具有复发率高的特点。为了改善脑卒中抑郁患者的生存质量，有必要给予有效的护理干预。叙事护理以叙事医学的人文理念为基础，将叙事治疗的理念及方法应用到临床护理中来，本文对叙事护理对脑卒中抑郁患者的应用展开综述，期待为此病患者的临床护理提供参考。
Abstract	Stroke is a common clinical disease, and both hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke have a high risk of disability and mortality. After falling ill, patients are often accompanied by language, motor, emotional, and psychological disorders. Affected by these factors, patients are prone to developing post-stroke depression (PSD). It is reported that the incidence of this complication is as high as 20-60%, which is the main cause of suicide and self harm in patients. Moreover, this complication also has a high recurrence rate. In order to improve the quality of life of stroke patients with depression, it is necessary to provide effective nursing interventions. Narrative nursing is based on the humanistic concept of narrative medicine, and applies the concept and methods of narrative therapy to clinical nursing. This article reviews the application of narrative nursing to stroke patients with depression, hoping to provide reference for clinical nursing of this disease.
