摘要
探讨急诊护士分层培训中实施情景案例模拟+PBL教学法的效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年9月急诊护士25名,随机分为观察组(情景案例模拟+PBL)13名,对照组(传统教学)12名,对比效果。结果 观察组护士满意度、批判性思维能力、对教学效果评价、急救理论知识和仪器操作成绩、急救技能及急救应急能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 急诊护士分层培训中情景案例模拟+PBL教学法可有效提升护士的批判性思维能力,能提高对急救知识及仪器使用的掌握程度,并且提升护士的急救技能及应急能力,价值较高。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of situational case simulation + PBL teaching method in stratified training of emergency nurses. Methods 25 emergency nurses from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 13 from observation group (scenario case simulation + PBL) and 12 from control group (traditional teaching). Results In the observation group, their satisfaction, critical thinking ability, evaluation, theoretical knowledge, first aid operation performance, first aid skills and emergency ability were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Scenario case simulation + PBL teaching method in the stratified training of emergency nurses can effectively improve the nurses critical thinking ability, improve the mastery of first aid knowledge and instrument use, and improve the first aid skills and emergency ability of nurses, with high value.
