摘要	二尖瓣关闭不全是小儿瓣膜病变常见疾病之一，二尖瓣成形术及二尖瓣置换术是治疗二尖瓣病变的重要手段，因二尖瓣成形术相较于二尖瓣置换术具有术后并发症少、远期生存率高等优点，且因儿童处于生长发育阶段，二尖瓣随年龄而发生变化等特点，二尖瓣成形术被认为治疗小儿二尖瓣关闭不全的首选方法。现对二尖瓣成形术治疗小儿二尖瓣关闭不全的进展做一综述。
Abstract	Mitral regurgitation is one of the common diseases of pediatric valvular disease. Mitral valvuloplasty and mitral valve replacement are important methods for the treatment of mitral valve disease, because mitral valvuloplasty is compared with mitral valve replacement Surgery has the advantages of fewer postoperative complications, high long-term survival rate, and because children are in the growth and development stage, the mitral valve changes with age, etc., mitral valvuloplasty is considered to be the first choice for the treatment of children with mitral regurgitation method. This article summarizes the progress of mitral valvuloplasty in the treatment of children with mitral regurgitation.
