摘要	探究优质护理用于小儿结核性脑膜炎中的效果。方法选取2021年1月-2022年2月期间于本院进行治疗的结核性脑膜炎患儿90例作为本次研究对象，以入院时间不一，将患儿行实验组及对照组之分，对照组使用常规护理方法，实验组使用优质护理，对比两组患儿临床护理有效率、治疗依从性，并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果实验组临床护理有效率明显高于对照组，患儿的治疗依从性较对照组明显升高，并发症发生率比对照组低，实验组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对结核性脑膜炎患儿使用优质护理方式能取得较好的临床护理效果，提升患儿治疗依从性，较少并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in children with tuberculous meningitis. Methods A total of 90 children with tuberculous meningitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the different admission time, the children were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with the control group receiving conventional nursing and the experimental group receiving high-quality nursing. The clinical nursing efficiency and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Complication rate and nursing satisfaction. Results The clinical nursing efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the treatment compliance of the children was significantly higher than that of the control group, the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing methods for children with tuberculous meningitis can achieve better clinical nursing effect, improve treatment compliance, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
