肿瘤靶向治疗护理在乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用探讨

摘要	探讨肿瘤靶向治疗护理实施在乳腺癌患者中的意义。方法将院内肿瘤科收治的60例接受靶向治疗乳腺癌患者，以电脑随机法分为两组，实验组采用肿瘤靶向治疗护理干预，对照组行常规护理干预，记录两组护理数据，方便后续研讨。结果实验组护理后负面情绪低于对照组（P<0.05）。实验组护理总满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。实验组生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）。实验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论给予乳腺癌患者行肿瘤靶向治疗护理法，其护理效果显著，减轻其临床症状，提高其护理满意度，改善其日常生活质量，使其保持愉悦心态，具有推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To explore the significance of nursing implementation of tumor targeted therapy in breast cancer patients. Methods 60 patients with breast cancer who received targeted therapy in the oncology department of the hospital were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The experimental group was treated with tumor targeted therapy nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The nursing data of the two groups were recorded to facilitate follow-up research. Results The negative emotions in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The tumor targeted treatment nursing method for breast cancer patients has significant nursing effect, which can reduce their clinical symptoms, improve their satisfaction with nursing, improve their quality of daily life, and keep their happy attitude. It is worth popularizing.
