新生儿出生缺陷产妇的责任亲情交互护理干预效果

摘要	分析新生儿出生缺陷产妇的责任亲情交互护理干预效果；方法对我院在2023年1月到2023年10月收治的50例新生儿出生缺陷产妇进行分析，采用随机数字法将其分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施责任亲情交互护理，分析两组产妇临床相关数据；结果观察组护理后躯体功能、心理功能、生理功能、社会功能各项评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理后家庭亲密度、家庭承担或付出、朋友关系评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；结论新生儿出生缺陷产妇需要特殊的关注和护理，责任亲情交互护理干预可以显著改善产妇的身体、心理、社交功能，减少焦虑和抑郁，提高护理满意度，从而促进产妇和婴儿的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of responsible family interaction nursing intervention on newborns with birth defects. Methods 50 cases of pregnant women with birth defects admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to October 2023 were analyzed. They were divided into two groups by random number method. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received responsible family interaction nursing. Results The scores of physical function, psychological function, physiological function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of family intimacy, family commitment or giving and friend relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women with birth defects need special attention and nursing. Responsible family interaction nursing intervention can significantly improve the physical, psychological and social functions of the pregnant women, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve nursing satisfaction, so as to promote the quality of life of the mothers and infants.
