Objective To investigate the effect of personalized perioperative nursing in the treatment of myopia with full femtosecond laser correction (SMILE). Methods Fifty patients with full femtosecond laser myopia treatment in our hospital from July 1,2020 to July 31,2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted routine nursing care in the perioperative period, and the observation group gave personalized nursing care in the perioperation. To compare the postoperative conditions. Results The psychological anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups, P <0.05. The observation grouppostsurgical comfort score was higher than the control group and had higher satisfaction with care, P <0.05. In the pain score of the observation group, the observation group was lower than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Personalized perioperative nursing can effectively eliminate the concerns of the patients, relieve the anxiety of patients, improve the intraoperative cooperation degree of patients, and patients are satisfied with the nursing behavior, which can be promoted.
