Objective To analyze the mental health status of pregnant women under the COVID-19 epidemic and related investigation and analysis. Methods The number of pregnant women participating in this study was 1303 from November 2021 to December 2022. The psychological status of 1303 pregnant women was analyzed, and effective guidance was given according to relevant factors to analyze the impact on pregnant women. Results The emotions of pregnant women in the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia were relatively anxious, and the psychological status, emotions and cognition of pregnant women were significantly different by multivariate analysis, P<0.01. The final outcome of 1303 pregnant women included 438 cesarean section births, 865 spontaneous deliveries, 40 vaginal midwifes, 52 cases of postpartum hemorrhage and 26 cases of diarrhea. Conclusion Under the new coronavirus epidemic, the inner state of pregnant women is relatively poor, so we should actively and effectively guide pregnant women to adjust their inner state through positive ways and seek medical treatment through flexible ways, so as to fundamentally solve the actual problems of pregnant women and alleviate their inner worries.
