Objective To study the effect of humanistic care in neonatal nursing. Methods 125 neonates hospitalized in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into care group and control group by computer random number sorting method. Among them, 63 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention for neonates, and 62 cases in the care group were given humanistic nursing care for neonates on the basis of routine nursing. The first fetal defecation time, the time of fetal defecation turning yellow, the number of fetal defecation times in one day, the sleep time in one day, the time to warm the box and the satisfaction rate of parental care were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the newborns in the care group had shorter first fetal stool time, shorter fetal stool turning time, more single-day fetal stool times, longer single-day sleep, significantly shorter warming time, and significantly higher nursing satisfaction rate of parents, showing significant differences (P<0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in neonatal nursing has good nursing effect and has high clinical research value.
