Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin on cervical vertigo patients. Method 71 patients with cervical vertigo were selected for this study. The trial started in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups using a double-blind method. The control group received routine care for 37 cases, while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional care combined with Baduanjin for 34 cases. Compare the results. Result Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower scores for symptoms such as pale complexion, palpitations, lack of sleep, dizziness, and dizziness (P<0.05); The quality of life scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, energy, social function, emotional function, mental health, and general health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin is beneficial for improving clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with cervical vertigo, and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
