摘要	探究实行中医药联合针灸理疗治疗，对寒湿痹症的临床价值。方法选取 2021 年 11 月到 2022 年 11 月我院收治的寒湿痹症类风湿关节炎患者 100 例，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组 50 例患者以中医药联合针灸理疗治疗，对照组 50 例予以常规西药治疗，比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、关节相关指标及治疗有效率。结果和对照组相比，治疗后实验组中医症候积分各值均较低（P＜0.05），且实验组关节相关指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组治疗有效率和对照组相比较高（P＜0.05），符合统计学判断标准。结论开展中医药联合针灸理疗治疗，能有效控制改善患者的临床症状，祛除寒湿，缓解中医症候，有助于关节功能恢复，临床效果显著，建议临床大力推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cold and dampness arthralgia. Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatic rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 50 patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, and 50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, joint related indexes and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of TCM syndrome in the experimental group were lower after treatment (P<0.05), and the joint related indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), which met the statistical criteria. Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can effectively control and improve the clinical symptoms of patients, dispel cold and dampness, relieve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and contribute to the recovery of joint function
