| 摘要 |
身处教育4.0时代，各级学校都在积极按照新课改目标，为中国特色社会主义建设培养五育并举且具备核心素养的高质量人才。为更好地实现大学生德智体美的全面发展目标，需要在“立德树人”的教育原则下，对现行的高校育人体系进行时代性创新。本文以山东劳动职业技术学院为例，从教育4.0时代背景下大学生德智体美全面发展的时代意蕴出发，对职业技术学院法学生的五育发展现状进行分析，目的是以大学生德智体美全面发展体系为基础，构建以核心素养为核心的大学生五育并举的创新发展路径。

| Abstract |
In the era of Education 4.0, schools at all levels are actively cultivating high-quality talents with five educations and core literacy for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in accordance with the new curriculum reform goals. In order to better realize the all-round development goal of college students morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, it is necessary to carry out contemporary innovations to the current college education system under the educational principle of "cultivating people with morality". Taking Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College as an example, starting from the era implication of the comprehensive development of college students moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development under the background of Education 4.0, this paper analyzes the current situation of the five education development of law students in vocational and technical colleges. Based on the comprehensive development system, build an innovative development path with core literacy as the core of simultaneous development of the five education of college students.
