高压氧舱护理中人文护理的应用分析

摘要	探索人文护理使用于高压氧舱护理中的价值与功用。方法以2022年1月至2023年2月期间于我院行高压氧治疗的78例患者为分析对象，采用双盲法将其分组后，其中39例纳入对照组，另39例纳入观察组。对照组实施知识普及、体征监测、病情观察等常规护理模式，观察组施加健康教育、心理疏导、入舱护理、出舱护理等人文护理模式，比较两组护理风险事件发生率及依从性，以及在入舱前、出舱后的不良情绪状态。结果观察组发生中耳气压伤、皮肤擦伤等护理风险事件的人数少于对照组，且入舱前、出舱后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，依从率高于对照组，差异P<0.05。结论高压氧舱护理中执行人文护理模式，以患者为中心提供全方位的护理干预，有利于提高护理质量、降低护理风险事件发生率的同时，改善患者不良情绪，提高依从性，值得推行。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value and function of humanistic nursing in hyperbaric oxygen chamber nursing. Methods A total of 78 patients who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were analyzed and divided into two groups by double-blind method. 39 of them were included in the control group and 39 in the observation group. The control group was subjected to routine nursing mode such as knowledge popularization, physical signs monitoring and condition observation, while the observation group was subjected to humanistic nursing mode such as health education, psychological counseling, in-cabin nursing and out-cabin nursing. The incidence of nursing risk events and compliance of the two groups were compared, as well as the adverse emotional state before and after out-cabin. Results The number of patients in the observation group with middle ear pressure injury, skin abrasion and other nursing risk events was less than that in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression before and after entering the cabin were lower than those in the control group, and the compliance rate was higher than that in the control group, the difference being P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing mode in hyperbaric oxygen chamber nursing, providing a full range of nursing intervention centered on patients, is conducive to improving the quality of nursing, reducing the incidence of nursing risk events, improving patients adverse emotions and improving compliance, and is worth implementing.
