Objective To explore the application effect and satisfaction of quality nursing in coronary angiography and interventional nursing. Methods According to the purpose of the topic, the patients with coronary angiography and interventional care were analyzed, and 80 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the simple random method: control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group after coronary angiography and interventional surgery provided routine nursing services, while those of the observation group provided high-quality nursing services. The anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared, and the complication rate of the patients in the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the negative emotions of coronary angiography and interventional patients: P> 0.05; after nursing, the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05); and, after the nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant compared with the patients in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing service has a great role value in patients after coronary angiography and interventional surgery, which can significantly reduce the rate of complications, regulate the negative emotions of patients, and make patients feel satisfied.
