Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing interventions on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with traumatic fractures. Methods A total of 90 patients with traumatic fractures who visited our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as analysis samples. They were standardized and grouped using a digital random table method, with a total of 45 cases in each group. Apply routine care to the control group patients and targeted nursing interventions to the observation group patients. Compare the nursing outcomes, pain scores before and after surgery, incidence of complications, exercise compliance, fracture healing time, and hospital stay between two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain scores between groups before surgery (P>0.05), and after surgery, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05). The total compliance rate of exercise showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing interventions for patients with traumatic fractures have significant effects, helping to restore the physiological function of the fracture site, reduce postoperative pain, improve exercise compliance, reduce the risk of related complications, promote faster fracture healing, shorten hospitalization time, and can be actively promoted and applied.
