肠系膜上动脉栓塞介入联合手术探查的诊疗体会

摘要	急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞是临床少见的急腹症，但病情凶险，愈后差，致死率高，该病多发生于老年人。现报道的两例进修期间遇到的患者，以腹膜炎为主要表现的肠系膜上动脉栓塞致肠绞窄性坏死，经介入治疗+剖腹探查术，1例治愈，1例死亡。旨在提高对本病的认识，并结合文献对本病做回顾性总结。
Abstract	Acute superior mesenteric artery embolism is a rare clinical acute abdomen, but the disease is dangerous, poor, high mortality rate, the disease occurs in the elderly. In two reported cases encountered during the study, intestinal strangulation necrosis caused by superior mesenteric artery embolization with peritonitis, underwent interventional therapy + exploratory laparotomy, one case was cured and one patient died. It aims to improve the awareness of this disease and make a retrospective summary of this disease in combination with the literature.
