Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing for bladder function training after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. Methods 50 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Gynecology of our hospital from August 2019 to June 2023 were selected. 25 patients in the control group received routine bladder training, and 25 patients in the observation group received evidence-based bladder function training. The training effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications, residual urine volume, recovery time of spontaneous urination and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing of bladder function training for patients with gynecological malignant tumor can promote the recovery of bladder function.
