摘要
肺保护性通气策略是以往为急性呼吸窘迫综合征的重症监护室患者进行治疗的方式之一,后来也开始被麻醉科医生使用,处理患者手术过程中的机械通气,目的是降低通气导致的肺部损害与术后并发症的发生。在以往的实验研究中,对于肺保护性通气策略的多种应用场景,其安全性与有效性的验证得到广泛的证实。除此之外,随着新型的检查工具的不断发展与应用,例如肺部超声、电阻抗等,个性化的肺保护性通气策略已经成为关键的治疗方式。为此,本文围绕肺损伤、术中肺保护性通气策略(LPVS)、监测方法等方面进行简要阐述,并对其进行分析研究,本文主要通过对近几年的研究以及文献报告进行整理,为改善患者预后通气策略提供新思路。
Abstract
Lung protective ventilation strategy was one of the previous treatments for intensive care unit patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Later, it was also used by anesthesiologists to handle mechanical ventilation during surgery, with the aim of reducing lung damage and postoperative complications caused by ventilation. In previous experimental studies, the safety and effectiveness of lung protective ventilation strategies have been widely validated in various application scenarios. In addition, with the continuous development and application of new examination tools, such as lung ultrasound, electrical impedance, etc., personalized lung protective ventilation strategies have become a key treatment method. Therefore, this article briefly elaborates on lung injury, intraoperative lung protective ventilation strategy (LPVS), monitoring methods, and other aspects, and analyzes and studies them. This article mainly summarizes recent research and literature reports to provide new ideas for improving patient prognosis ventilation strategies.
