| 摘要 |
研究护理细节管理模式在危重病人护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2020年12月－2021年12月收治的100例危重患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组50例。结果 研究组护理质量评分高于对照组；并发症发生率低于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将护理细节管理模式应用于危重病人护理管理当中，可保证患者的治疗安全，提高护理质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application effect of nursing detail management mode in nursing management of critically ill patients. Methods 100 critically ill patients treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Results the score of nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group; The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group; Nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion applying the nursing detail management mode to the nursing management of critically ill patients can ensure the treatment safety of patients and improve the quality of nursing.
