Objective: To analyze the curative effect of hot compress with green onion in the treatment of urinary retention patients after laparoscopic surgery. Methods: In the implementation of this study, it was confirmed that the study was carried out in the form of a controlled study, and 70 patients with urinary retention after laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research objects, accompanied by obvious symptoms of dysuria. For the purpose of the study, the random number method will be used to divide the patients into groups, 35 cases in each group, which will be named as the control group and the observation group respectively. Results: According to the curative effect of different treatment methods, there were 29 cases in the observation group and only 24 cases in the control group after the addition of green onion hot compress. In contrast, the relief of dysuria in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. (P<0.05). Conclusion: Urinary retention after laparoscopic surgery can be treated with green onion hot compress, which has a good effect and can effectively improve the symptoms of dysuria.
