| 摘要 |
据不完全统计，我国每年大约有几十万起交通事故，交通事故所导致的损伤中，颈椎过伸性损伤较为常见，尤其是有颈椎退行性变的老年患者更容易出现。外伤与损害后果之间的因果关系鉴定是此类案件的焦点，笔者根据自身经验，结合2起实际案例，浅析此类事件因果关系的鉴定要点。

| Abstract |
According to incomplete statistics, there are about hundreds of thousands of traffic accidents in China every year. Among the injuries caused by traffic accidents, cervical hyperextension injury is more common, especially in elderly patients with cervical degeneration. The identification of causality between trauma and damage consequences is the focus of such cases. According to my own experience and combined with two actual cases, the author analyzes the identification points of causality of such events.
