| 摘要 |
探讨心理护理在癫痫患者护理中的效果。方法 以2019年至2021年在我院治疗癫痫的患者人员为研究对象，60人一组随机分为参照组和实验组，通过对比研究法从护理有效性、心理特征、生活质量、功能独立性和护理满意度、并发症发生率等六个指标观察心理护理在癫痫患者护理中的效果。结果：实验组患者通过心理护理模式的护理有效率为93.33%，参照组患者通过常规护理干预后的护理有效率仅为81.67%；实验组患者受循证护理干预后的心理状态较参照组受常规护理后的评分低，即实验组患者的心理状态调节比较快，在整个心理护理过程中情绪变化较为平缓；实验组心理特征、社会功能、情感职能得分均高于参照组；结果 显示实验组患者在干预前、干预后及随访两个月的独立性评分不断增高，且在不同时期评分均高于参照组；实验组和参照组护理满意度分别为96.67%和63.33%；实验组患者并发症发生率5.00%，是低于另一组的11.67%。结论 心理护理在癫痫病治疗的过程中有着极大的促进作用，值得大力推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of epilepsy patients. Methods: Patients who were treated with epilepsy in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the research objects, and a group of 60 people were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. Sexuality and nursing satisfaction, complication rate and other six indicators were used to observe the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of epilepsy patients. Results: The nursing effectiveness rate of the patients in the experimental group through the psychological nursing model was 93.33%, and the nursing effectiveness rate of the patients in the reference group after routine nursing intervention was only 81.67%; The scores after routine nursing were low, that is, the psychological state of the experimental group was adjusted faster, and the emotional changes during the whole psychological nursing process were relatively gentle; the scores of psychological characteristics, social functions, and emotional functions of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group; the results showed that the experimental group The independence scores of patients before intervention, after intervention and two-month follow-up continued to increase, and the scores in different periods were higher than those of the reference group; the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the reference group were 96.67% and 63.33%, respectively; the patients in the experimental group had concurrent The incidence of the disease was 5.00%, which was lower than 11.67% of the other group. Conclusion: Psychological nursing has a great role in promoting the treatment of epilepsy, and it is worthy of vigorous promotion.
