Objective To explore the application and effect of nursing risk management in psychiatric nursing. Methods: The period of December 2020 to December 2021 is the implementation stage of the research. This process is also the main stage of clarifying the research objects and carrying out the research. 100 patients who have undergone psychiatric treatment in our hospital are selected as the sample size, and computer sequence software is used to conduct the research. The number of the sample, and the random allocation software was downloaded, and the average grouping was carried out. The research group and the reference group using the nursing risk management model and routine nursing management established during the study period, and 50 samples were obtained from each group. The specific conditions of the two groups were recorded and analyzed and compared. Results: Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the higher group was the research group, and the superiority was significantly better than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Comparing the incidence of safety events between the two groups, the higher group is the reference group, and its advantage is not as good as that of the research group (P<0.05), indicating that the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of nursing risk management model in psychiatric nursing can effectively improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and at the same time can avoid the occurrence of safety problems, further improve the safety of clinical nursing work, and has a high promotion. suitability and applicability.
