| 摘要 |
探讨对脑卒中患者采用心理康复护理后其生活质量及心理状态受到的影响。方法 采用分组对比的研究方法，与2020年8－2021年8月从本院患者中选取符合研究要求的80例脑卒中患者，将其以40例每组的方法平均分到采用常规护理的参照组和在该护理模式基础上采用心理康复护理的研究组，记录组间产生的相关数据进行比较。结果 研究组患者的情绪状态改善效果优于参照组，生活质量高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中患者中使用心理康复护理模式，能够有效地提高患者的心理状态，改善其生活质量，效果显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact on the quality of life and mental state of stroke patients after psychological rehabilitation nursing. Method: Using the research method of group comparison, 80 stroke patients who meet the research requirements were selected from the patients in this hospital from August 2020 to August 2021, and the 40 cases in each group were averaged to those who used routine care. The reference group and the research group using psychological rehabilitation nursing on the basis of this nursing model record the relevant data generated between the groups for comparison. Results: The effect of improving the emotional state of patients in the study group was better than that of the reference group, and the quality of life was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of psychological rehabilitation nursing mode in stroke patients can effectively improve the patients mental state and improve their quality of life, with significant effects.
