| 摘要 |
浅析精神分裂症患者运用积极心理学理论对康复护理效果的影响。方法 此次研究在136例精神分裂症患者中展开，患者来源2021年1月-2021年10月，所有人员经过奇偶数列法做小组分配，其中常规组（68例）实施常规康复护理措施，试验组（68例）在护理中融入积极心理学理论，对比各组患者康复情况。结果 护理后4周、8周、12周试验组患者的幸福进取者问卷（HEIQ）评分远高于常规组，统计学意义成立（P＜0.05）。护理后4周、8周、12周试验组患者的健康评定量表（SRHMS）评分远高于常规组，统计学意义成立（P＜0.05）。结论 将积极心理学理论渗透到康复护理中，有助于改善精神分裂症患者的积极心理品质，提高身心健康程度，有普及推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of positive psychology theory on rehabilitation nursing effect of patients with schizophrenia. Methods The study in 136 patients with schizophrenia and patients with source in January 2021 - in October 2021, all staff through the odd even do team assigned column method, including normal group (68 cases) routine rehabilitation nursing measures, the experimental group (68 cases) into the positive psychology theory in the nursing, rehabilitation in patients with contrast groups. Results The score of Happiness Motivator Questionnaire (HEIQ) in experimental group was significantly higher than that in conventional group at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after nursing (P < 0.05). The health rating Scale (SRHMS) score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after nursing, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the positive psychological quality and physical and mental health of patients with schizophrenia to infiltrate the positive psychology theory into rehabilitation nursing.
