摘要
探讨在临床护理带教中采取思维导图的效用价值。方法 研究中共选取124名护生进行对比实验,以时间为分隔线,将其分为对照与观察两个组别,每组均为62位护生,前者采取传统带教方法,后者实施思维导图教学方法,对比两组护生的考核成绩与满意度。结果 经研究表明,观察组护生在带教结束后各项能力的考核成绩均优于对照组,同时对带教工作的满意度也相对较高。(P<0.05)。结论 在临床护理带教中,思维导图教学模式的应用可有效提升教学质量及效率,同时对护生综合素养的全面发展也起到积极促进作用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the utility value of mind mapping in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 124 nursing students were selected for comparative experiments in the study. Using time as the dividing line, they were divided into two groups: control and observation. Each group consisted of 62 nursing students. The former adopts traditional teaching methods and the latter implements The teaching method of mind map is used to compare the assessment results and satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students. Results: The research showed that the nursing students in the observation group had better performances in various abilities after the completion of the teaching, and their satisfaction with the teaching work was also relatively high. (P<0.05). Conclusion: In clinical nursing teaching, the application of mind map teaching mode can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of teaching, and at the same time play a positive role in promoting the overall development of comprehensive literacy of nursing students.
