| 摘要 |
就业辅导工作是高专辅导员重点工作之一，而辅导员因承担的工作相对较多，难以做到辅导全部有就业咨询需求的学生，因此就需要辅导员掌握一种短期、高效的辅导技术，来提就业辅导能力，焦点解决团体咨询是一种短期、高效的辅导技术，如能够很好的掌握和运用，便可以提高辅导员就业辅导效率和效果的作用，本文对焦点解决团体咨询进行简要介绍，探讨焦点解决团体咨询的架构、问句及辅导员在就业辅导工作中使用时所需要掌握的核心技巧。

| Abstract |
Employment counseling is one of the key tasks of college counselors. Due to the relatively large work undertaken by counselors, it is difficult to coach all students with employment counseling needs. Therefore, counselors need to master a short-term and efficient counseling technology to improve their employment counseling ability. Focus group counseling is a short-term and efficient counseling technology, If we can master and use it well, we can improve the efficiency and effect of counselors employment counseling. This paper briefly introduces the focus solution group counseling, and discusses the structure, questions and core skills that counselors need to master when they use it in employment counseling.
