摘要
社会各界长期忽视进城务工人员随迁子女学校的教师教育发展,不利于这部分教师的专业发展和身份认同。本文通过梳理已有调查文献和访谈报告,试图了解随迁子女学校教师专业发展的基本状态以及存在的主要问题,为提高随迁子女学校教师整体素质水平提供一些可行的建议。
Abstract
he long-term neglect of teachers educational development in schools for children of migrant workers is not conducive to the professional development and identity of these teachers. This paper attempts to understand the basic status and main problems of the professional development of school teachers for the children of migrant through sorting out the existing investigation literature and interview reports, and provides some feasible suggestions for improving the overall quality of school teachers for the children of migrant.
