| 摘要 |
探讨消化内科常见的护理风险及临床护理管理对策。方法 回顾性分析我院2020年1月-2021年5月消化内科收治的90例患者的临床资料，根据护理方法将其分成对照组与观察组，每组45例。结果 观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组心理状态指标评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 消化内科常见护理风险类型较多，临床护理管理实施风险管理的效果显著，可减少患者发生护理风险事件，加强患者心态稳定与临床疗效。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the common nursing risk and clinical nursing management counter- measures in gastroenterology department. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients admitted to the department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing method, with 45 cases in each group. Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. The psychological status index score of observation group was lower than that of control group, P<0.05. Conclusion There are many types of common nursing risks in gastroenterology department, and the effect of clinical nursing management on the implementation of risk management is significant, which can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events in patients, and strengthen the mental stability of patients and clinical efficacy.
