| 摘要 |
分析骨科护理工作中的安全隐患，并研究应对措施。方法 本次实验跨越2020年4月至2021年12月这一时间段，研究人员对80例骨科患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验研究对象按照双盲对照原则分组，对照组所选40例骨科患者实施基础护理，实验组所选40例骨科患者实施风险防范护理，记录对照组及实验组患者护理安全隐患出现情况、患者对护理工作所处态度，并进行分析比较。结果 对照组所选40例患者中共计7人出现护理安全隐患，占比为17.50%，实验组对应人数为0人，占组内所选患者人数的比例为0.00%，分析比较组间护理安全隐患出现概率相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；对照组所选40例患者中对护理工作持非常认可及比较认可态度的人数共计32人，占比为80.00%，实验组对应人数为39人，占组内所选患者人数的比例为97.50%，组间护理认可度相关数据比较分析，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论 在骨科患者护理中风险防范护理有着不俗的表现，其应用效果远远优于基础护理。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the hidden safety hazards in orthopaedic nursing work, and to study the countermeasures. Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from April 2020 to December 2021, and researchers studied 80 orthopedic patients. The researchers divided the subjects of this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The control group selected 40 orthopedic patients to receive basic nursing care, and the experimental group selected 40 orthopedic patients to receive risk prevention nursing. The situation and the attitude of patients towards nursing work were analyzed and compared. Results: Among the 40 patients selected in the control group, a total of 7 patients had nursing safety hazards, accounting for 17.50%. The corresponding number of patients in the experimental group was 0, accounting for 0.00% of the selected patients in the group. Nursing between groups was analyzed and compared. The data related to the probability of occurrence of potential safety hazards are quite different (p<0.05); among the 40 patients in the control group, a total of 32 people, accounting for 80.00%, had a very recognized and relatively recognized attitude towards nursing work, and the experimental group corresponds to The number of patients was 39, accounting for 97.50% of the selected patients in the group. The comparison and analysis of the nursing recognition data between the groups showed a large gap (p<0.05). Conclusion: Risk prevention nursing has a good performance in the nursing of orthopedic patients, and its application effect is far better than that of basic nursing.
