| 摘要 |
为达到提高骨科护理质量目的，在本文中着重探究了PDCA循环法的实际应用效果。方法 研究中共选取21名护理人员进行对比实验，以时间为分隔线，将其分为对照组与观察组两个组别，每组均为相同批次的21名，前者采取传统管理模式，后者实施PDCA循环法，对比两组实际干预效果。结果 经过相关数据表明，观察组护理人员职业懈怠感以及感知效能评分明显优于对照组，与此同时护理质量评分大幅度提升（P＜0.05）。结论 将PDCA循环法运用在骨科护理管理中能够有效改善护理人员的专业水平，切实提升整体护理管理质量，为患者提供更有着的护理服务。

| Abstract |
Objective In order to improve the quality of orthopedics nursing, this paper focuses on the practical application of PDCA cycle method. Methods A total of 21 nurses were selected for the comparative experiment, and were divided into the control group and the observation group with the same batch of 21 nurses in each group. The former adopted the traditional management mode, and the latter implemented the PDCA cycle method to compare the actual intervention effects of the two groups. Results The relevant data showed that the scores of professional loafing and perceived efficacy of nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the scores of nursing quality were significantly improved at the same time (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method in orthopedics nursing management can effectively improve the professional level of nursing staff, effectively improve the quality of overall nursing management, and provide more nursing services for patients.
