| 摘要 |
研究对双相情感障碍患者实施互动达标理论的护理效果。方法 将112例已经被确诊为双相情感障碍的患者纳入本次研究，并且确认患者基本资料符合研究入组标准，以对照研究的形式开展本次研究。通过随机数表法进行分组，最终将患者分配为了应用常规护理措施的对照组以及加用了互动达标理论的观察组，并以此探析互动达标理论在双相情感障碍患者护理中的应用效果。结果 本次研究结果将以患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分为研究结果，并以此评估护理效果，从研究结果分析来看观察组以上指标相对更优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在双相情感障碍患者的临床护理中加强对互动达标理论的应用有助于提高护理质量。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the nursing effect of implementing the interactive standard theory for patients with bipolar disorder. Methods: 112 patients who had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder were included in this study, and the basic data of the patients were confirmed to meet the study inclusion criteria, and the study was carried out in the form of a controlled study. The random number table method was used for grouping, and finally the patients were assigned to the control group with routine nursing measures and the observation group with the addition of the interactive standard theory. Results: The results of this study will be based on the patients nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores, and use this to evaluate the nursing effect. From the analysis of the research results, the above indicators in the observation group are relatively better than those in the control group, (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Strengthening the application of the interactive standard theory in the clinical nursing of patients with bipolar disorder is helpful to improve the quality of nursing.
