| 摘要 |
分析早期护理干预在预防老年失禁相关性皮炎的效果。方法 研究分析早期护理干预在预防老年患者出现失禁相关皮炎护理中的应用效果，将本院78例住院老年患者作为研究对象，使用电脑随机分组，两组患者分别应用不同护理措施，即常规护理和这一基础上增加早期护理干预的护理干预，比较护理结果。结果 经对比发现，观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在临床中为老年患者采取早期护理干预可以有效的降低老年失禁相关性皮炎的发生几率，提升患者的护理质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention in preventing senile incontinence-related dermatitis. Methods To study and analyze the application effect of early nursing intervention in the prevention of incontinence-related dermatitis in elderly patients. 78 hospitalized elderly patients in our hospital were used as research objects, and they were randomly divided into groups by computer. The two groups of patients were respectively applied with different nursing measures, that is, routine nursing. On this basis, compare nursing outcomes with nursing interventions that add early nursing interventions. Results After comparison, it was found that the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking early nursing intervention for elderly patients in clinical practice can effectively reduce the incidence of senile incontinence-associated dermatitis and improve the quality of patient care.
