| 摘要 |
分析门诊健康宣教的加强对心内科特需患者的应用效果。方法 研究分析加强门诊健康宣教的应用效果，将某院82例心内科特需患者作为研究对象后，使用电脑随机分组，两组患者分别应用不同护理措施，即常规护理和常规护理基础上加强门诊健康宣教护理，比较护理结果。结果 经对比发现，观察组患者的护理效果显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在心内科特需患者护理期间采取加强门诊健康宣教的方法后，患者的血压水平和护理满意度都得到了显著的改善。

| Abstract |
Objectives To analyze the effect of strengthening out-patient health education on patients with special needs in cardiology department. Methods To study and analyze the application effect of strengthening outpatient health education, 82 patients with special needs in cardiology department of a hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups by computer. The two groups of patients were given different nursing measures, namely routine nursing and strengthening outpatient health education nursing on the basis of routine nursing, and the nursing results were compared. Results By comparison, the nursing effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the nursing period of special needs patients in cardiology department, the blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction of patients have been significantly improved after strengthening outpatient health education.
