计算机网络的运维管理是一个系统的运维过程。随着网络的发展，信息系统的运维管理也变得越来越复杂，主要包括网络资源、计算机硬件设施及软件设施等内容。计算机网络技术是信息时代发展的产物，随着计算机网络技术在信息领域的应用越来越广泛和深入，计算机网络故障也日益增多。而安全意识淡薄是计算机网络故障发生的重要原因之一。现在全球范围内的计算机病毒和黑客攻击越来越多，已严重威胁着人们的生活安全和经济安全。如何提高计算机安全意识、加强对计算机网络的管理成了众多企业管理的一项重要内容。对一些企业来说计算机网络运维管理的重要性并不亚于网络安全意识和管理问题。

| Abstract |
The operation and maintenance management of computer network is a systematic operation and maintenance process. With the development of network, the operation and maintenance management of information system has become more and more complex, mainly including network resources, computer hardware facilities and software facilities. Computer network technology is the product of the development of the information age. With the application of computer network technology in the information field becoming more and more extensive and in-depth, computer network failures are also increasing. The weak sense of security is one of the important reasons for computer network failures. Nowadays, there are more and more computer viruses and hacker attacks all over the world, which have seriously threatened peoples life security and economic security. How to improve computer security awareness and strengthen the management of computer networks has become an important part of many enterprise management. For some enterprises, computer network operation and maintenance management is no less important than network security awareness and management issues.
