手术室改良体位护理对长时间侧卧位患者压疮及舒适度的影响

摘要	针对长时间侧卧位患者，探究手术室改良体位护理对其压疮及舒适度的影响。方法将我院2021年1月~2022年1月收录的86例患者进行研究，分组后以常规护理与手术室改良体位护理，将应用效果（舒适度、疼痛情况、压疮情况以及护理满意度）进行比较。结果观察组干预后的身体舒适、心理舒适、生理舒适以及整体舒适评分高于对照组，对比有差异（P<0.05）。观察组干预后的VAS以及VRS评分低于对照组，对比有差异（P<0.05）。观察组的压疮平均面积小于对照组，同时压疮发生率（6.67%）低于对照组（40.00%），对比有差异（P<0.05）。观察组的护理满意度（97.67%）高于对照组（83.72%），对比有差异（P<0.05）。结论手术室改良体位护理能提高长时间侧卧位患者的舒适度，减轻术后疼痛，防止压疮出现，改善护理体验，值得地方推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the influence of improved posture nursing in the operating room on pressure ulcers and comfort in patients with long time lateral decubitus. Methods: A total of 86 patients enrolled in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were studied. After grouping, the application effects (comfort, pain, pressure ulcers and nursing satisfaction) were compared between conventional nursing and improved posture nursing in the operating room. Results: The physical comfort, psychological comfort, physiological comfort and overall comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention (P<0.05). VAS and VRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The average area of pressure ulcers in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (40.00%). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.67%) was higher than that of the control group (83.72%), and there was a difference in comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion: Improved posture nursing in the operating room can improve the comfort of patients with long-term lateral decubitus, reduce postoperative pain, prevent pressure ulcers, improve the nursing experience, worthy of local promotion.
