在商业银行同业业务面临强监管的背景下，创新诞生出了商业银行同业互联网平台，目前已经形成了股份制银行百花齐放，国有银行、城商行加速入场的格局，目前同业互联网平台的发展整体仍处于初级探索阶段，平台可能产生的风险和未来发展的阻力因素是值得我们探讨和研究的重点，本文通过简述同业互联网平台产生的背景、发展的历史，整理和归纳建立同业互联网平台的意义，并揭示了同业互联网平台可能存在的业务风险点以及未来发展的矛盾与阻力。
