Modern medical education has gradually changed from the traditional mode of medical education based on structure and process to the mode of education based on competency. The "platform departments" of teaching hospitals play an important role in medical services and hospital operation and management, but some of the "platform departments" are between hospital management and clinical medicine, leading to the limitation and lack of teaching form and content in clinical teaching. If the clinical teaching model and innovation can not be effectively improved and promoted, the clinical work enthusiasm of interns may be affected, the cognitive bias of clinical work will be generated, and their future career development and planning will be further affected. From the perspective of clinical front-line medical staff and teachers, this paper explores the teaching methods of clinical practice in "platform departments" of teaching hospitals for the purpose of improving the clinical work enthusiasm of interns, establishing correct industry values and planning their future career correctly.
