Objective To explore the application effect of staged health education in nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods This study took the health education of upper gastrointestinal bleeding nursing as the main direction. The patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment in our hospital were selected as samples, and 160 cases were selected for detailed analysis. All patients were included in computer numbering software for arrangement, and grouping software was used to divide groups. The groups were named as the reference group and the research group, 80 patients were obtained in each group, and they used different routine health education and staged health education respectively. Relevant research data were recorded during the nursing process, analyzed and used as research indicators. Results The patients medical compliance behavior was recorded, and it was found that after staged nursing, the medical compliance behavior of the research group was higher than that of the routine education reference group, and the nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of staged health education for nursing patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can not only improve patients cognition and compliance, but also improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of reference.
