| 摘要 |
随着中国“十三五”计划的开展，中国经济不仅进入高速发展时期，而且进入了“重质”关键时期，工商行政管理作为监督、管理、指导、推动市场经济主体良性运行，维护市场各方主体合理利益、维护市场发展秩序，提高市场发展质量的管理部门，起到了起承转合的关键作用。工商行政管理部门的设置不仅可以减少市场风险的产生，更有利于公正化、公平化市场氛围的实现，本文以青岛莱西市姜山镇为例，浅析新时期下，工商行政管理对于经济所产生的重要影响及对当地经济发展的一些作用。

| Abstract |

Industry and commerce administration, as a supervision, management, guidance, and promotion of the healthy operation of market economic entities, maintains The management department that maintains the order of market development and improves the quality of market development has played a key role in the succession and integration of the interests of all parties in the market. The establishment of industrial and commercial administrative departments can not only reduce the occurrence of market risks, but also facilitate the realization of a fair and equitable market atmosphere. This article takes Jiangshan Town, Laixi City, Qingdao as an example, to analyze the impact of industrial and commercial administration on economic institutions in the new era. important impact and some effects on local economic development.
