| 摘要 |
在当前的现代化城市建设过程中，道路施工工程不仅是保证城市正常运转的必要基础建设项目，同时也是实现国民便捷生活的重要交通条件。因此，各施工部门在道路施工管理技术方面也应逐渐提高重视，通过道路施工管理组织技术、道路施工成本控制技术、道路施工工期管理技术，以及道路施工过程现场管理技术，实现道路施工管理的更好发展。基于此，本文将在道路施工管理技术要点的基础上，提出相关的管理技术实践措施，从而促进我国道路施工管理的更好发展。

| Abstract |
In the current process of modern urban construction, road construction engineering is not only a necessary infrastructure project to ensure the normal operation of the city, but also an important traffic condition to realize the convenient life of the people. Therefore, each construction department should gradually pay more attention to the road construction management technology, and realize the better development of road construction management through the road construction management organization technology, road construction cost control technology, road construction period management technology, and road construction process site management technology. Based on this, this paper will put forward relevant practical measures of management technology on the basis of key points of road construction management technology, so as to promote the better development of road construction management in China.
