| 摘要 |
研究循证护理在肾结石患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2020年6月－2021年12月收治的68例肾结石患者，采用随机分组法，将其分为研究组与对照组，每组34例。结果 研究组并发症发生率2.94%，低于对照组26.47%，研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组，出血量少于对照组；研究组生活质量评分高于对照组；研究组护理满意度97.06%，高于对照组82.35%，组间差异显著，P均＜0.05。结论 肾结石患者在围手术期实施循证护理效果显著，可缩短手术时间与住院时间，减少术中出血量，提高生活质量，降低术后并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with renal calculi. Methods: 68 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. Results: the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.94%, lower than 26.47% in the control group. The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group; The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.06%, which was higher than 82.35% of the control group. There was significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with renal calculi during perioperative period is significant. It can shorten the operation time and hospital stay, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
