| 摘要 |
探究分析高血压脑出血的微创穿刺置管引流术治疗效果及护理措施。方法 在本次研究实施中，将31例已经被确诊为高血压脑出血的患者纳入至研究中，已对其基本资料进行简单分析，确认符合研究入组标准，均为其实施微创穿刺置管引流术治疗，同时探析在治疗过程中的护理干预措施。结果 对31例患者的治疗情况进行了统计分析。结果显示共有23例痊愈，6例好转，2例死亡，治疗有效率93.54%。结论 微创穿刺置管引流术对高血压脑出血有良好疗效，同时需配合科学、合理的护理干预对策。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect and nursing measures of minimally invasive puncture catheter drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: In the implementation of this study, 31 patients who had been diagnosed with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were included in the study, and their basic data were simply analyzed to confirm that they met the study inclusion criteria, and all of them underwent minimally invasive puncture. Intubation and drainage treatment, and analysis of nursing interventions in the treatment process. Results: The treatment status of 31 patients was statistically analyzed. The results showed that a total of 23 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, 2 cases died, and the treatment efficiency was 93.54%. Conclusion: Minimally invasive puncture catheter drainage has good curative effect on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and scientific and reasonable nursing intervention measures are needed at the same time.
