| 摘要 |
探讨综合护理干预在老年性阴道炎护理中的效果。方法 将我院2021年1月-2021年12月80例老年性阴道炎患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施综合护理干预。比较两组护理前后不良情绪评分值、护理满意度、症状改善时间、住院时间、三个月复发率。结果 实验组不良情绪评分值低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，症状改善时间、住院时间短于对照组，三个月复发率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 老年性阴道炎患者实施综合护理干预效果确切，可减轻患者不良情绪，减轻临床症状，降低复发率，提高患者的满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing of senile vaginitis. Methods 80 patients with senile vaginitis in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of negative emotions, nursing satisfaction, symptom improvement time, hospitalization time, and three-month recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The bad mood score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the symptom improvement time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, and the three-month recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with senile vaginitis has an exact effect, which can alleviate the patients negative emotions, relieve clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
